Thank you for your patience as we open registration for the 2021-22 Wayland Youth Basketball Program on September 7, 2021.

We, like many other towns, are facing a gym shortage, as many school gyms are being repurposed for cafeterias and classroom spaces as the Covid-19 pandemic continues. Therefore, we are working closely with private partners to secure gym space.  However, this means we may have to limit our practice time and travel to more away games. There will be a 5% increase in registration fees for any of our programs to account for private gym space rental.  If you have three or more players participating, please email president@waylandbasketball.org for a code to use during registration that will give you a 25% discount.

Most unfortunately, we will not be able to support our very popular K-2 Program this year.  We are in talks to join up with another local program for this age group and will keep you informed of the status of this partnership.

Situations may change over time and space may open in the future; if there are changes, WYBA will let you know as soon as possible.

This year, we will be offering the following programs. You can see the descriptions of each program on our registration link pages on Wayland Youth Basketball 2021-22 Season

  • TriTown Boys – 3-8 grade
  • TriTown Girls – 3-4 grade
  • Sudbury Girls – 5-8 grade
  • MetroWest boys – 4-8 grade
  • MetroWest girls – 4-8 grade

Thank you, as always, for your support of Wayland Youth Basketball and please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.

Best,

Leanne Mason, President
